KYIV, Aug 22 – Representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises are resuming their work: in the third quarter of 2023, some 52% were fully employed, which is 11 percentage points (p.p.) more than in the second quarter of 2023 and 24 p.p. than a year ago.

According to the results of the new wave of the European Business Association's (EBA) quarterly survey SMEs at War, 41% of those surveyed work with certain restrictions, and 7% do not work at all.
