KIEV, Dec. 14 ??“ President Viktor Yushchenko said Thursday that Ukrainian law enforcement agencies collected sufficient evidence to arrest a group of people that had allegedly poisoned him in September 2004 ahead of dramatic presidential election.

???The formulation of proof is already not as difficult as it had seemed to be a year ago,??? Yushchenko said at a press conference. ???There is enough knowledge [for police] to come with handcuffs and to arrest the people. Some of them are absent in Ukraine.???
