KYIV, Aug 16 - Businesses have become less confident in their short-term prospects but have begun to rely more on improving the situation in the long term, these are the results of the 15th monthly survey of the Institute for Economic Research and Policy Consulting (IER).
"For the first time in the past three months, uncertainty has decreased and business optimism has increased in the long term, but entrepreneurs have become more cautious about plans in the short and medium term," the IER noted.
