KYIV, Aug 14 – Ukraine, within the framework of a meeting in Romanian city of Galati, involving officials from the United States, the European Union, Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine, has identified the realization of the potential of the Danube and checkpoints on the border with Romania among the priority areas of work to increase Ukrainian exports, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Communities and Territories Development and infrastructure of Ukraine Oleksandr Kubrakov said.
"In the Romanian Galati, as part of the Ukraine-US-European Commission-Romania-Moldova meeting, we worked on ways to increase Ukrainian exports. The Romanian part of the Danube, in conditions of limited shipping, is important for reorienting exports," he wrote on Facebook.
