KYIV, Aug 8 – Energoatom President Petro Kotin hopes for a successful completion of negotiations with Bulgaria on the purchase of two nuclear power units, which are planned to be installed at the sites of reactors three and four of the Khmelnytsky NPP.
"This is a very important issue for us. The Ministry of Energy is currently working on it. There was a decision of the Bulgarian Parliament to hold such negotiations between the ministries of the two countries. They are ongoing. It is too early to talk about the result, but we hope that it will be," Kotin told reporters when visiting one of the nuclear power plants.
