KYIV, Aug 8 - Ukraine has already harvested 12.5 million tons of wheat with record yields, but due to weather conditions, 60% of the crop will be sold as fodder, which is twice as much as last year, the Pusk analytical agency, created within the framework of the Ukrainian Agrarian Council, said.
"The key problem of the new crop was its low quality: due to weather conditions, the grain has a low protein content. In most exporting countries, there are also problems with grain quality," the analysts said.
