KYIV, July 28 – Average minimum price of square meter in new buildings in Kyiv in July grew by 33%, in Kyiv region – by 36% compared to pre-war January 2022, in Ukraine the growth leaders are Lviv and Uzhgorod, follows from a study of the LUN portal.
"In Kyiv, the average minimum price grew by 33% in July compared to the pre-war January 2022. In Kyiv region – a little higher, by 36%. In general, the increase, plus or minus, coincides with the growth of the U.S. dollar," Business Development Director at LUN Olena Unanian said, presenting a report at the conference "Ukrainian real estate market analysis: the first half of 2023" on Friday.
