KYIV, July 27 – In the first half of 2023, lease transactions were concluded for 69,000 square meters of offices in Kyiv, which is 51% more than the same period in 2022, follows from the CBRE study.
"These are not the volumes that we saw before the war. But tenants have increased activity in the market amid attractive discounts and the opportunity to improve the quality of their offices," Senior Real Estate Advisor at CBRE Anastasia Kachan said at the conference devoted to the analysis of the Ukrainian real estate market in the first half of 2023."
