KYIV, July 20 - Metinvest Mining and Metallurgical Group has a negative attitude to the decision of the Hungarian government structures to deny it access to the sale of the country's largest steel producer Dunaferr (formerly ISD Dunaferr), which was part of Industrial Union of Donbas (ISD), due to which Hungary lost millions of dollars.
Metinvest's press service told Interfax-Ukraine that participation in the tender for the acquisition of the Hungarian Dunaferr plant was primarily an opportunity for Metinvest to load the group's Ukrainian mining and processing plants in Kryvy Rih, which are partially idle due to the blockade of ports by the aggressor and loss of control over assets in Mariupol.
