KYIV, July 17 - The Velta group of companies with assets for the extraction of titanium-bearing ores in Novomyrhorod (Kirovohrad region) has signed an agreement with the American EAS Advisors on raising funds for a titanium plant in the United States.

According to a press release, Velta Holding US, Inc. signed a cooperation agreement with EAS Advisors LLC, a private New York boutique consulting company, which aims to raise funds for the construction of a plant for the production of titanium powder using Ukrainian "green" technology in the United States.
