KYIV, July 14 – Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has said that he is generally satisfied with the results of the NATO summit in Vilnius, and Ukraine was really seen as a member of the Alliance.
"I am not satisfied with only one point - that there are no clear words in the very text of the summit communique that either we invite Ukraine to membership, or we invite Ukraine to membership, conditionally saying tomorrow. But it was a summit at which it is very important not only what was in the text, official decisions, official statements, but also what was behind the scenes. And there was a fundamental difference not only between the Bucharest summit of 2008, with which everyone compares Vilnius, but even with the summit in Madrid," Kuleba said in an interview with ICTV.
