KYIV, July 14 – The needs of Ukraine's rapid recovery, which is estimated at $14.1 billion in 2023, so far correspond to only $3.87 billion of partners' financial obligations for the country's restoration, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said.
At a meeting with France's Special Envoy for Ukraine's Relief and Reconstruction, Pierre Heilbronn, the Minister of Finance stressed that the speedy recovery is a key priority, as it contributes to the creation of safe living conditions for Ukrainians, as well as the economic recovery of the country, according to a press release from the ministry.
