KIEV, Dec. 12 - Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych on Tuesday called on Kherson NaftoProdukt, the country??™s third largest oil refinery by capacity, to resume operation, according to the government??™s press service.
Kherson, jointly owned by Kazakh state oil company Kazmunaigaz and Russian oil company Alliance Oil, was shut down in August 2005 as high oil prices made production of gasoline and diesel fuel by the refinery unprofitable.
