KYIV, July 12 – In total, more than 50 issues of corporate bonds by about 30 issuers were due to be redeemed from the beginning of 2022 to mid-2023, some of them were restructured, but not a single default on bonds was recorded, member of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine Maksym Libanov said.
"If we compare the situation in 2022 with the situation in 2008-09, then in general we can say that the market has matured, and all participants as well. As of now, there is not a single default," he said at the USAID conference Debt Instruments to Aid Recovery, held recently in Kyiv.
