KYIV, July 11 – The mining and metallurgical group Metinvest is considering the possibility of building a new plant in Italy to load the mining and processing plants in Ukraine, General Director of Metinvest Yuriy Ryzhenkov said.

As the top manager of the company explained in an interview with the FAQ Talks project, due to logistical problems and the blockade of Ukrainian ports, heavy industry cannot operate at full capacity. Now Metinvest's steel enterprises are loaded by 60-70%, and mining and processing plants in general by 35-40% of pre-war figures.
