KIEV, Dec. 12 ??“ Quinn Group, an Irish real estate investor, bought a 93% stake in Kiev's Ukrayina Department Store, one of the largest retail complexes in Ukraine, from a U.S. investment company NCH Advisors Inc.

The deal highlights rapid expansion by the Irish group on the Ukrainian market as Quinn has acquired the Leonardo business-center, the third largest in Kiev, earlier this year.
