KYIV, July 3 – In the civilized world, a possible terrorist attack by Russia on the occupied Zaporizhia NPP will be regarded as "the use of nuclear weapons against the civilian population," said Secretary of the Council of National Security and Defense (NADC) Oleksiy Danilov.

"The very fact that these terrorists commit such a terrorist attack on a nuclear facility will be considered by all civilized countries that this is the use of nuclear weapons against the civilian population. Therefore, we will observe very carefully... what will be the reaction of the world to these events," Danilov said on Radio Liberty.
