The head of state drew the attention of the interlocutors to the catastrophic consequences of the explosion of the dam of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant, which the residents of Kherson faced. The President noted that as a result of the disaster, many people died in the settlements occupied by Russian troops, where the Russians did not evacuate the flooded territories at all.
