KYIV, June 29 – The State Budget of Ukraine on Thursday received grant funds in the amount of $1.215 billion through the World Bank's Multi-Donor Trust Fund: $1.2 billion from the United States and $15 million from Finland.
"Grant funds were provided as part of the fifth additional funding under the Public Expenditures for Administrative Capacity Endurance in Ukraine (PEACE in Ukraine) project. The goal of the project is to partially offset state budget expenditures, including social and humanitarian, as well as non-security and defense ones," the Finance Ministry said on Thursday.
