KYIV, June 26 – The Cabinet of has agreed on the terms of restructuring of eurobonds of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy with maturities in July 2022 and November 2026, on which the company has reached agreement with investors.

The Cabinet of Ministers published the order on the government portal on Monday.

According to a Naftogaz press release, restructuring is expected to be completed by the end of July 2023.
