KYIV, June 23 – BlackRock investment company has completed the first stage – the concept and design – of the future Ukraine Development Fund (UDF) and presented it at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2023) in London.

"Now we are moving on to the second stage, which will be very important in terms of regulatory details, rules. How does it work? How is it regulated? What kind of people will manage the fund? How to ensure proper management at the supervisory level?" noted BlackRock Vice Chairman Philipp Hildebrand at the conference.
