KIEV, Dec. 11 - SPAR is planning to establish a chain of supermarkets and shopping malls in Kiev region and will invest around $30 million in this project in 2007-2011, SPAR-Ukraine, the group's official representation in Ukraine, said in a press release.

The plans will be presented on Monday during a meeting between representatives of SPAR International, SPAR Ukraine and heads of the Kiev regional administration.
