KYIV, June 5 – The ban on the export of wheat, barley, rapeseed and sunflower seeds from Ukraine to Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria, introduced on May 2 for the period until June 5, will be extended until September 15, Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Poland Robert Telus said.
"It (the relevant regulation) has not yet been approved and published, but we have information that the European Commission has extended the ban on the import of wheat, corn, rapeseed and sunflower seeds from Ukraine until the middle of September 2023," the Polish press service said, citing the minister on Monday evening.
