KYIV, June 1 – The Business Activity Expectations Index (BAEI), calculated by the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), after continuous growth in February-April in total from 37.5 to 51.5, slightly decreased in May to 50.5, but remained positive half of the scale (zero to 100).

As the NBU notes on Wednesday, the expectations of trade enterprises, which had previously been the most optimistic, worsened the most - to 52.7 from 57.6 in April.
