KYIV, May 29 – The National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission of Ukraine (NEURC) has officially submitted proposals to set from June 1, 2023 a single electricity tariff for household consumers at UAH 2.88 per kWh (including VAT) within the framework of the first stage of price correction.
"NEURC submits proposals for amending the provision on public service obligations (PSO) to ensure the availability of electricity for household consumers from June 1, 2023 with the introduction of the first stage of electricity price adjustment using a single price without diversification in terms of consumption at UAH 2.88 per kWh with VAT," NEURC said in a letter to the Ministry of Energy, signed by the acting head of the regulator Ruslan Kaidash.
