KIEV, Dec. 7 ??“ EnergoAtom, Ukraine's national nuclear energy generating company, hopes by February 2007 to receive a loan from Euratom and the EBRD to fund safety improvement measures at the Khmelnitsky and Rivne nuclear power plants, Interfax reported.

EnergoAtom, Euratom and the EBRD signed a package of agreements on a $125 million loan to improve safety at two nuclear power reactors in middle of 2004.
