KYIV, May 19 – Industrial investors are looking for brownfield projects (on former industrial zones) and are ready to invest in Ukraine now, CBRE Ukraine managing partner Radomyr Tsurkan said during the architectural and construction business forum "Restoration of the country. Change strategy for architects, developers and builders."
"Active hostilities in the east of the country forced the industrial business to leave the war zone and move to safer regions of western and central Ukraine. This gave impetus to the development of industrial real estate and the creation of new industrial parks in the region, and this trend will grow in the next three to five years," he said.
