KYIV, April 27 – The Ministry of Finance is actively negotiating as part of its goal of raising $11 billion in external financing for the country's reconstruction by the middle of 2023, and considers this task feasible.

"This can be done, and we are working on it," Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko told Interfax-Ukraine following the talks held at the recent Spring Meeting of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank.
