"Due to the introduction of such a service, those who were dissatisfied with the operator's performance but remained [loyal to the operator] only due to the number itself, may choose better operators. This will increase competition between companies and will stimulate improvements in the service's quality and reductions in charges," AMC's press service quotes its head Oleksiy Kostusev as saying.
