KYIV, April 6 – Ukraine needs $14.1 billion for rapid recovery in 2023, according to the recent international assessment of RDNA2, of which $3.3 billion has been allocated from the state budget, while in search of the missing funds, Kyiv is counting on assistance from the Donor Coordination Platform, Finance Minister Serhiy Marchenko said at the second meeting of its steering committee on Wednesday.
"The Government of Ukraine expects that the functioning of the Platform should ensure close coordination between international donors and international financial institutions, as well as coordinated, transparent and accountable support for the reconstruction of the country," he was quoted in a press release from the Ministry of Finance.
