KYIV, March 24 – ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) notes an increase in demand for iron ore products this year, increases production of iron ore and the shipment of iron ore raw materials to Poland.

"Last year we mined 11.278 million tons of iron ore, produced 4.535 million tons of concentrate, and shipped 2.349 million tons of concentrate for export. And the first two months of this year give us hope for the best," deputy general director of the production mill (mining department) Volodymyr Tesliuk said during communication with the labor collective and heads of departments, the summary of which was published by the corporate newspaper Metalurg.
