KIEV, Dec. 4 ??“ Ukraine??™s consumer prices rose 1.8% on the month in November, led by growing prices charged for services, reflecting a major increase in housing and utilities prices, the State Statistics Committee reported Monday.

Although November inflation has slowed down from consumer price increases of 2% in September and 2.6% in October, cumulative inflation reached 10.6% in January through November, exceeding the government??™s inflation forecast.
