KIEV, Dec. 4 ??“ The European Bank for the Reconstruction and Development, which owns a 9.9% stake in Ukraine International Airlines has urged the government to draw up a plan to privatize the company.

"We are ready to participate in the additional capitalization of the company only if it is linked to a cut in the state's stake. We don??™t insist on an urgent decision, but we'd like to see a privatization plan," Country Director of the EBRD representative office in Ukraine, Kamen Zahariev, recently told reporters.
