KYIV, Feb 27 – The retail real estate market did not stop developing during the war, the opening of seven shopping centers in 2023 was announced, Yevhenia Loktionova, director of the Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG), has told Interfax-Ukraine.
The expert stated that after February 24, 2022, all commercial real estate market operators revised their business plans.
At the beginning of 2022, about 20 shopping centers announced their imminent opening. For example, three malls were prepared for opening in Kyiv, Odesa and Khmelnytsky, and one each in Kharkiv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Ternopil, Rivne, Uzhgorod and Zhytomyr.
