KIEV, Nov. 30 ??“ UkrTransNafta, a monopoly oil transporter in Ukraine, will soon consider the issue of purchasing gasoline and diesel fuel for a stabilization fund, UkrTransNafta's board chairman Ihor Kyriushyn told Interfax-Ukraine.

"All the actions for creating a stabilization fund on the base of UkrTransNafta, including fuel purchases, will be in accord with national interests,??? Kyriushyn said.
