KYIV, Feb 15 – The scheduled repairs of certain units of nuclear and thermal generation in the near future, as well as the end of the flood, may lead to a shortage of electricity, Dmytro Sakharuk, Executive Director of DTEK, believes.
"The situation in the energy system has improved due to a number of factors, but it cannot be called stable, because after some time we plan to carry out routine maintenance at some nuclear and thermal generation units, the flood will end, so the situation will change, and resource shortage may reappear," he said on the air of the national telethon on Wednesday.
