KYIV, Feb 2 – The deficit of the state budget of Ukraine in January, due to a significant reduction in spending, fell to UAH 72.3 billion from UAH 99 billion in December, including for the general fund to UAH 78.9 billion from UAH 101.3 billion, the Ministry of Finance announced on its website on Thursday.

The Ministry of Finance said that the cash expenditures of the state budget, according to the latest data of the State Treasury, fell to UAH 193.7 billion in January, including the general fund to UAH 183.6 billion, or 80.6% of the target.
