KIEV, Nov. 29 ??“ The Cabinet of Minister seeks clarification from the Constitutional Court on whether President Viktor Yushchenko has the power to veto the government??™s budget, Justice Minister Oleksandr Lavrynovych said Wednesday.

The move comes a day after Yushchenko has vetoed the government??™s controversial bill providing tax breaks to businesses operating in certain regions, a cornerstone of the government??™s 2007 budget draft.
