KIEV, Nov. 29 ??“ Ukraine by February 2007 will create a five to ten-day stabilization fuel reserve of 200,000 tons, Fuel and Energy Minister Yuriy Boyko told the press in Kiev on Tuesday.

"The process will be started in December and be completed by February 2007. We will have 200,000 tons of light fuel, giving us the ability to even out the price fluctuations that are seen on the market," the minister said.
