KYIV, Jan 23 – President Volodymyr Zelensky, speaking on Saturday via video link to the participants of the Conference of Agriculture Ministers in Berlin, stated the need to bring to justice any aggressor who dooms people to starve or suffer from thirst.

Addressing the audience, the head of state said that famine must forever remain in the past and cannot come back.

"Anyone who tries to deprive people of food or water is an enemy not only to those, who are doomed to starve or suffer from thirst but also is an enemy to humanity. We must defeat such enemies together!" he said.
