KIEV, Nov. 28 ??“ Ukraine will shortly lift restrictions on exports of grain that have been imposed by the government last month to prevent domestic shortages of grain, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych said Tuesday.

The United States and the European Union have been putting pressure on Ukraine to cancel the restrictions, which could hamper Kiev??™s plans to join the World Trade Organization early next year.
