KYIV, Jan 12 – Decentralization and development of local generation will become one of the key principles of the post-war reconstruction of the Ukrainian energy sector, Deputy Energy Minister Mykola Kolisnyk said Thursday.
"Decentralization of energy generation and distribution will allow individual settlements to reduce their dependence on large generation facilities and take the path of self-sufficiency," Kolisnyk said, quoted on the website of the Energy Ministry on Thursday.
