KIEV, Nov. 28 ??“ Kyivstar GSM, Ukraine's largest cell phone company, said it will retain a connection fee despite the pressure from the Anti-Monopoly Committee that has been pressing to cut or to eliminate it.

"We plan to protect the lawfulness of imposing connection fee, as connection fee is a service, and as any service it should be paid for," Kyivstar President Ihor Lytovchenko told Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.
