KYIV, Jan 9 – Since the beginning of 2023, the interest of European traders in the Ukrainian gas transmission system (GTS) and underground gas storage (UGS) facilities has increased amid a decrease in gas prices in the EU and storage occupancy by 80%.

"Interest in Ukrainian capacities has been growing since the New Year. After all, the price of gas at European hubs has dropped to pre-war levels. European storage facilities are more than 80% full and the pumping season is being restored," GTS Operator of Ukraine LLC (GTSOU) said on the Telegram channel on Monday.
