KYIV, Jan 4 – Notaries certified 224,000 real estate contracts in nine months of 2022, which is 2.7 times (63%) less than in the same period in 2021, the Opendatabot press service reported.

According to the press release, the vast majority of these transactions involve the sale and purchase of apartments and residential buildings (28%), land plots or shares (38%). For comparison: in 2021, the share of contracts for the sale of apartments and residential buildings was 36%, land plots and shares - 31% of the total number of certified transactions.
