KIEV, Nov. 27 ??“ Ukrtelecom, the national phone company, reported net profit falling to UAH 182.33 million in January through September 2006, down from UAH 474 million in the same period last year, the company reported.

Ukrtelecom reported revenues growing 1.1% on the year to UAH 4.96 billion in the period.
