SIMFEROPOL, Nov. 27 ??“ ChornomorNaftoGaz is to start oil extraction at the Subotyne field on the Kerch shelf in the second half of 2007, ChornomorNaftoGaz's board chairman Anatoliy Prysiazhniuk said.

The total cost of developing the Subotyne field is estimated at UAH 3.5 billion in 2006 prices, while the cost of maintenance may be over UAH 1.8 billion, and drilling UAH 1.5 billion.
