KYIV, Dec 30 – After the 100% concentration of Ukrnafta shares, the state has determined the company's priority tasks to be its rhythmic work, providing fuel to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense, critical infrastructure and the population, creating, where possible, "points of invincibility," paying taxes and fulfilling the company's social obligations to employees, director of Ukrnafta Serhiy Koretsky said.
"The tasks of the supervisory board are more applied and relate to the operating activities of the enterprise. For example, we have the task of shifting financial transactions to state-owned banks as much as possible, initiating unscheduled inspections of the enterprise by the State Audit Service and the State Tax Service, building a proper corporate structure, that is, creating the company's board," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.
