KYIV, Dec 30 – Since February 24, 2022, Ukraine has attracted more than $31 billion from international partners, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said at the last regular government meeting of the current year on Friday.

"This year, we have said more than once that armies win battles, and economies win wars. We managed to maintain stability in the financial, banking and economic spheres. We managed to finance all key budget expenditures," he said.
