KIEV, Nov. 27 ??“ The Finance Ministry by early December plans to place a second tranche of eurobonds worth CHF 374 million, according to First Deputy Finance Minister Vadym Kopylov.

"The agreement foresaw two tranches; the first one on Sept. 15, and the second one in late November or early December, worth CHF 374 million each," he said at a press conference in Kiev last week.
